THE INCREDIBLE BLACK BARTER — AFFILIATE / REFERRAL AGREEMENT (v1)
1. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of The Incredible Black Barter ("the Platform"). You are responsible for your own taxes; payouts of $600 or more in a calendar year may require a W-9 and 1099.
2. Referrals. You receive a unique referral code and link. When a new member opens your link and later upgrades to a Pro membership, you are credited for that referral. Referral attribution lasts 30 days from the first visit and is applied at checkout.
3. Commission. You earn 20% of the first Pro payment made by each member you refer — $3.00 on a monthly plan, $30.00 on an annual plan. Commission is earned once per referred member, on their first successful payment. Renewals are not commissionable.
4. Honest promotion. All promotion must be truthful and must include a clear affiliate disclosure where required by FTC guidelines. No spam, no unsolicited bulk email or texts, no paid search bidding on our brand name, no hate speech or harassment, no fake accounts, and no self-referrals or referrals of accounts you control.
5. Payouts. Payouts are issued automatically to the payout account you connect through our payment processor once a referral is confirmed. You must complete payout onboarding (identity and bank details) with the processor before any money can be sent. Commissions on payments that are refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent may be reversed or withheld.
6. Term & termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time in writing. Confirmed, unpaid commissions will still be paid. We may suspend your account and withhold payment for fraud or violations of these terms.
7. No guarantee. We make no guarantee of any level of earnings. Commission rates may change with notice; the rate in effect at the time of a referred payment applies.
8. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
